Does /home/myuser/.local/share/evolution/mail/local exist? what permissions does the folder have? do you have free space in your partition? I dont use evolution, but there must be in the configuration of your account somewhere that tells you the path where your mails is trying to get saved. check if its there. Or check where it is and configure that path in evolution hope it helps
