Hi Guys,

I need your help.

1. I set out to install Debian from Windows 7

2. I downloaded the win 32 Debian Installer and went through the procedures

I assume you mean you downloaded an installation .ISO and burned it to CD and booted from that.

3. On reaching the partitioning option I got a little confused I had used the RAID5 Partition then

Unless your original drive was partitioned as RAID5, this procedure probably wiped out your Windows setup.

4. I went on to stop the installing

I don't quite understand what you've said with this line.

5. I could not restart either my window 7 nor continue the installing

6. My computer is a emachine 732 running initially on windows 7

I doubt it was partitioned as RAID 5 to begin with. I'm afraid you've probably wiped out your Windows 7 setup.

7. Help me please

You probably want to start over, by first repairing your Windows 7 setup using whatever method the eMachine manufacturer has provided. That's assuming that you want to keep Windows 7 alongside Debian. If you want to replace Windows with Debian, that makes it much easier (assuming you mean you have an installation CD as a result of Step 2, and didn't mean something else).
