I have javascript enabled. In fact, I have noscript enabled, and have
everything allowed or temporarily allowed (in this case, jcpenney.com,
coremetrics.com, google and google analytics). Still no soup on
iceweasel.

I also ran into this problem recently on badgerandblade.com, and had
to register using midori, because iceweasel would not display the
captcha.
