SD slot read card failed.

Hi,

I have a SanDisk 16GB card
(http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/-/3184/2451/-/30026998/SanDisk-Ultra-16GB-SDHC-Memory-Card/Product.html),

once insert it into the slot, it showed me:

The card is healthy, I have a USB card reader, so no problem,

I wonder, is it possible to read without the card reader.

Thanks with best regards,
