thanks,this seems to be heading in the direction i'm looking for, or at least 95% of what i need.
p.s.using mail does have its benefits, its a well tested and build in option in most devices that is platform independent and fairly secure, easy to use and integrate.
its not a file system, just the transfer and filing method but that's just my 2 cents
