aptitude changelog gives "You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list"

Hi. Anybody else experience this?

# aptitude changelog ntp
Err Changelog of ntp
E: You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list
E: Changelog download failed: Download queue destroyed.
E: Couldn't find a changelog for ntp

My sources.list:

http://cdn.debian.net/debian testing main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/ testing/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.sunet.se/pub/os/Linux/distributions/debian-multimedia/
stable main non-free

I saw an older bug report regarding this [1]. Has the issue come back?
