You can use "supersede domain-name "<domain>";" in
"/etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf" to override the "home" value that you're
getting from your router's dhcp server.

What's your "127.0.1.1" line in "/etc/hosts"? Do you have a
"ServerName" apache2 stanza?
