Sadly, there's no equivalent in linux for Dreamweaver, we're still in 
pants on that regards ;-(

Dreamweaver is good WYSIWYG application which generates a nice and clean 
html code (mostly). In linux there are some GUI html editors but despite 
you're using DW or another GUI editor you need to review and validate the 
code.

As I already told you, the CSS file is properly linked and it works.
