Have a look at

What you want to do is set up netcat on your linux box:
 $ netcat -l -p 12345 > somefile

Then, using the code above, write a powershell script that sends your
file to the remote machine on port 12345.

Alternatively, Powershell can do FTP/Mail etc itself, too.
