Mmm... "ipy_autoreload.py" extension was put from upstream project in
quarantine (removed?) since version 0.11:

I don't know how these extensions work, maybe you can just drop the
desired ".py" file into the extensions folder but I guess the extensions
will have to be compatible with the current ipython binary :-?
