(xulrunner-8.0_8.0-3~bpo60+1_i386.deb) came from squeeze-backports
November 10.
My local mirror
(http://ftp.at.debian.org/debian-backports/dists/squeeze-backports/)
doesn't seem to show it currently.
You might have to pull it from a Sid reposititory...
NOTE: I have since been getting a message about an expired signing key,
perhaps that is the problem in your case.
