Well, with my T410, I'd like to know how to send video
to the 15-pin VGA connector for an external display.

i had a t41 some time ago, before ibm sold thikpads to lenovo.

it was great laptop and i was to buy new one made by lenovo but
someone told me that quality of that machines is now past.
anyway i've never worked on new thinkpads so i can't really
tell is that true.

i'd also like to buy new laptop but i'm looking for a indestructible
piece of hardware. i hate broken things, cheap plastics, noisy fans
anything that associates (for me) with the made in china keyword.

also i'm on personal war with contemporary tendency to buy/produce new
things just because old ones (were design to) broke quickly.

therefore i'm afraid i can be dissappointed with lenovo's thinkpads.
can anyone verify my preassumptions?
any other suggestions on quality laptops working perfectly with debian?

cheers
