Looks fine. I have the same versions for the first three packages 
(though I don'thave "libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev" but this should be not relevant).

Mmm... then if you open "gnome-system-monitor" it should read "GNOME 3.0.2" 
in the System tab, right? :-?

Anyway, what's the exact error you are experiencing (a wrong theme, a warning 
message)? And how can you reproduce the error (it happens when opening an 
application...)?
