If the methods suggested by other people fail, you may find it suitable
to run a graphical web browser with an exported display.

For this, you will need another machine with an X-server installed (so a
full linux install or try Cygwin-X on Windows). SSH to your server with
the "-X" parameter (ssh -X servername). Now install firefox, chrome,
midori or whatever browser you like. You may find it brings in some
libX* dependencies, but shouldn't need to install a full X environment
(so no xserver-xorg-* packages). Finally, run the browser from the
command line. You will now find that the browser runs on your server,
but displays on your local machine. Visit the webpage you need and
download the file (this will download it TO THE SERVER).
