64Studio I presume (?).
Not pure Debian so there's not a lot of informed help I can provide...

I've made two mistakes below:-
1. the command should have been:-
# apt-get --no-install-recommends install
linux-image-version-whatever_your_architecture
2. I'd mistakenly assumed (and made an ass of you and me) that you were
running Debian.... you'll need to do:-
$ apt-cache search multimedia-amd64 | grep linux-image
to choose the appropriate image to install.

NOTE modification to line below
I'd suggest you run this first:- # apt-get -s --no-install-recommends
install kernel-image-you-choose-to-install > /root/kernel-3_upgrade

No - I left the "install" parameter out....

For your location it'd be:-
deb http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/64studio.com/apt/ 64studio main
(for /etc/apt/sources.list)
http://apt.64studio.com/
(for a web browser)
If you're just pulling the kernel from 64studio and the rest from Debian
you could run into problems - possibly best to pull all from one or the
other. 64studio != Debian (it's just built from it).
You may find the audio user lists useful, also:-
http://lists.64studio.com/mailman/listinfo/64studio-users
Cheers
