If it irritates you, why not just file it in the null folder?
People are people. People are fallible. Since you too are a person, it
follows that you too must be fallible in some way. We all are.
Telling someone, after the horse has bolted, to shut up asking for help
catching him, is rather unreasonable, wouldn't you say? If no-one offers to
help, then no-one offers to help. But you can't blame the horse's owner for
asking.
