Some features are not supported - which version of MS Office are you
importing from?

Here I asked not specific, just kinda of general situations.

wanna to know are there some excellent methods I don't know.

Other tools can work with MS Office documents - dependant apon version
and features - and it possible (as a last resort) to run most version of
MS Office in WINE (you can also make a manure spreader out of a Ferrari).
