I never tried it with only one videocard, always with 2 videocards.
Where are the 2 mice + keyboards?
You might ask:
multiseat@lists.fedorahosted.org
But it is not very active. And I am not sure of the latest NVidia code 
and gdm3 is a total loss.
I always used 'faketty' by Aivils Stoss:
