Sure, flash is buggy "by design" :-P

While html5 gets approved, I have replaced all the animations with 
javacript+css+dom to avoid Flash Player as much as I can.

Yes... but I value compatibility the most and not all browsers out 
there can manage flawlessly the <video> and <audio> tag. Also, w3c 
is still not clear in what codec to use:

So, please w3c, put your house in order so we can deliver true 
compatible and standarized web content to the users...
