AW: Time Issues
I corrected it too, now.
Here is what i've done.
Set in /etc/default/rcS
UTC=no
And
Date -s '$localtime'
@George Chelidze
Tzselect and tzdata is pretty much the same except for the ui.

After installing Debian I had to correct /etc/default/rcS too, I'm from the same time zone. I'm not sure if I randomly made a mistake when the installer asked me, or if it's a bug.
