I asked diamondcard and they said that incoming calls are charged according to the DID rates [1]; for SIP that would be 0.007 $/minute. [1] At <http://diamondcard.us/rates>, click on "DID", then "USA", then search for "SIP". The link is: <http://tinyurl.com/3dtacr8>, or for those who want the real URL (it is hideously long): http://www.diamondcard.us/exec/voip-rep-acc-type?secId=corporate&priAbs=/home/diamond/templates&secAbs=/home/diamond/secondary/corporate&priRel=/templates&secRel=/secondary/corporate&priInc=/corporate?sr%3D/secondary/corporate%26pr%3D/templates%26ht%3D/templates&secInc=/corporate?sr%3D/secondary/corporate%26pr%3D/templates%26ht%3D/secondary/corporate&Action=&lc=&tc=&rateTypeId=did&grpId=55#rates > > Or does it depend on where > > the calls are routed to (whether mobile, SIP, etc.)? > > Never used call routing but I'd expect to pay for it. Probably you should > contact their customer service for additional clarification. I suppose technically a call is always routed somewhere; that must be how diamondcard charges for incoming calls.
