If Skype has admin rights, it will use them stealthily.
What is this about super user rights? Does Skype attain elevated privileges when being run as a regular user? How does it do that, and wouldn't that be an OS bug?
It's probably only an issue in the Windows world and then only with a user whom is in the administrator's group.
