Don't forget to remove it, just in case it is not needed.

Can't you login from another computer via ssh? :-?

Now there is no mouse, only these lines:

But I see no trace for a standalone mouse device... hum, interesting. I 
wonder what would happen with no keyboard/mouse attached at all O:-)
