Scrolling display problem in browsers firefox,konqueror

In Squeeze + KDE 4.4.5+ fglrx , scrolling the pages in konqueror and firefox  
will mess the page , like a portion scrools but other stay stll  making 
browsing impossible.

Any ideas?
