Can anyone tell me what is wrong with those last three lines?

Here is a listing pf the file:

xander:/usr/share /mnt/share nfs rw, hard, intr, noauto 0 0
xander:/usr/local /mnt/local nfs rw, hard, intr, noauto 0 0
xander:/home/mns /mnt/home nfs rw, hard, intr, noauto 0 0

The spaces in the options field seems wrong.

That's my thought, too. Whitespace is the field delimiter.
