maybe the ':' after xander and the space in options as said by Eduardo
No, the ':' is to indicate that xander is a machine name, and eg. /home/mns is the nfs mount directory on that machine. Just like scp pc1:/dir/on/pc1 pc2:/dir/on/pc2
