Because I plugged it out when the system reboot at, 'BIOS' time.

Either you could comment out that line or add a noauto option
/dev/sdc1   /media/usb0   vfat   noauto,users,rw,exec  0 0
Then when you connect your usb drive, mount it manually "mount /media/usb0"
