Oracle 9i R2 installation on Debian 64 (Installer hang at 17% work done)

Hello,

I'm trying to install Oracle 9.2.0.4 on this Debian distribution:

Linux version 2.6.26-2-amd64 (Debian 2.6.26-26lenny1) (dannf@debian.org) 
(gcc version 4.1.3 20080704 (prerelease) (Debian 4.1.2-25)) #1 SMP Thu 
Nov 25 04:30:55 UTC 2010

After do some basic setup like create users, groups and son.

Running the Oracle Installer, it hangs at 17% of installation.
The screen is stopped at Installing requerid 32 bits support files and 
the log installation say:
     
* DllGroup = false

Invoking action  unixActions2.2.0.18.0  touchFile
       source = /oracle/soft/product/9.2.0/lib/ldflags*

Also, is generated this error file at Oracle installation  Log directory:
