Upload you "/var/log/Xorg.0.log" to www.pastebin.com (you can boot from a
LiveCD if you feel more confortable when working inside a GUI).
In addition, you can also try with one of the next approaches:
1/ Try to load VESA driver
2/ Enforce a "Modeline"
3/ Install nvidia closed drivers
