The OpenSync infrastructure has been removed from Squeeze: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=580867 SynCE might be usable without the OpenSync framework. synce-trayicon, synce- multisync-plugin (orphaned), and synce-serial are still in Squeeze, at least for now.
