Without using 100 kByte of JavaScript?

I get per day several times a Firefox Popup warning me that a JavaScript
is consuming all the resources and slowdown my WHOLE computer which is
an AMD-Phenom Quad-Core with 16 GByte of memory...

Do you find this funny?

Oh, I am runing this exotic Operating System Debian GNU/Linux with the
versions Old-Stable, Stable, Testing and Unstable in KVMs on my
Development Station.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
    Michelle Konzack
