If you are using Lenny then you are stuck. Unless you compile KDE SC 4.4 
from sources which I don't recommed unless you know what are you doing :-/

Not sure if you already tested, but Thunderbird+Lightning (Icedove
+Iceowl) have also support for webdav calendars :-?

BTW, I agree. I miss some of the KMail/Kontact features :-)
