I don't have any /etc/kernel/postrm.d/extlinux or
/etc/kernel/postinst.d/extlinux, so I don't know what they do, but yours are
evidently broken.
If they are scripts you wrote, fix them.
If they are from a Debian package, it might be appropriate to file a bug
against that package.
