Thanks for the tip on the backports list. I use backports and probably will for 
some time.

From time to time backports is a little like testing, things get out of sync but 
are fixed quickly. Right now the OP's issue wants to remove all of my openoffice 
apps (3.1.1-15), but i will wait it out.
