Aptitude wish list item

After downloading the buggy openoffice suite for the 3rd time in the 
past month.  I would like to propose a new feature for aptitude.

Instead of downloading all the packages, and then finding that manual 
installation will be required, how about aptitude running listbugs 
before the download starts and giving us the option to *not* download
the buggy packages.

I, for one, have a monthly download limit, exceeding that limit, costs a 
bunch of $.  The proposed option would sure save me, and many others, a 
lot of hassle in addition a bit of $, Euro, Pounds, etc.
