I suspect this may be related to an incomplete transition from
scrollkeeper to rarian-compat. The first thing I would do is comment out
the invocation of scrollkeeper-update in line 6 of
/var/lib/dpkg/info/accerciser.postrm. After this, try

aptitude install -f

to see if aptitude can complete whatever it still has to do. You might
have to comment out additional calls of scrollkeeper-update in other
scripts.

Once aptitude has run "install -f" without complaint then we can look at
the details of the issue with scrollkeeper/rarian-compat.
