There is no /etc/init.d/vboxdrv AFAIK, so what should I do instead ?

I was download .deb from here http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads and it was ok for me. 
Single click installation with KPackage.
Run few Debian, DesktopBSD, OpenSolaris inside without problem on my Lenny and Squeeze.
