Yeah, exactly. 64 bits is 4 gig of 4 GB memory modules. (128 bits would be that, squared.)

2^32                           =                 4GB
2^64   =  2^32^2               =            4G x 4GB
2^128  =  2^64^2  =  2^32^2^2  =  4G x 4G x 4G x 4GB
