I do not know if all this is possible with CUPS but as far as I know CUPS
can be configured in many ways ;-). For this I had to read in the CUPS
manuals.
Speaking of CUPS configuration: it would be best if you provide some
detailed infos about your CUPS configuration in /etc/cups on your server
and clients. This way you might get better answers!
