There are built as any regular Debian package:
1] grab the sources at http://packages.debian.org/source/sid/nvidia-graphics-drivers
2] as root:
dpkg-source -x nvidia-graphics-drivers_185.18.36-1.dsc
cd nvidia-graphics-drivers-185.18.36
dpkg-buildpackage

Then install the new debs.
Note that the associated kernel modules may be built too:
install the module source first, and build them.
