Check your ~/.xsession-errors file. I have two machines that are having this problem. On one, I get the same popup you do, but I get it every time I log in. The other one, I don't get the popup, but it shows up in the .xsession-errors file instead.
Both of my machines are PowerPC Macs. How about you? And yes, everything seems to be working fine. Very curious! Rick
