no i did not format.

ill give that a shot. perhaps i should give a bit more information on
to what i am trying to get.
i have a freerunner that ive been using for gps tracking. this morning
my track folder got corrupted. ive found several links and programs.

testdisk copied everything but the folder i wanted to restore.

so i tired this:

thats where the fsck part came into play.
