If you wish to have funky vhost system, you do not rely on
dpkg-reconfigure only.  The domain dpkg-reconfigure asks is not so
important since you will likely spoofing source domain etc.

Well send mail with spoofed source I guess.

Set "/etc/email-addresses" file for exim4(8) as explained in the
exim4-config_files(5) for simple rewrite.  Otherwise, create your own
rule in exim configuration files.
