dbmail + thunderbird

Hi guys,

I'm having some issues with Thunderbird 2.0.21 (OSX and Lenny) and 
dbmail.  The problem is that when I move mail from one account into the 
dbmail account, it fails and prompts me for the account password.  When 
this happens, it doesn't accept the password, despite supplying the 
correct password.  I have to restart Thunderbird to get it to work 
properly again for this account.

It happens when it's more than a few mails at a time.  I have not been 
able to determine how many precisely, and it's intermittent.  Today it's 
not doing it at all.  Some days it's doing it for three or more mails, 
some days I can move 10 or so at a time.

Has anybody encountered this problem?  I've tried the Thunderbird 3 beta 
releases, they do the same.  KMail doesn't.
