Which gives you modules of the package Asterisk under
/usr/lib/asterisk/modules (just in cases someone finds this message in
the archives).

As README.Debian in the package zaptel suggests:

  aptitude install zaptel-source
  m-a a-i zaptel

And the modules you're after are actually zaptel modules.
