Hi guys,

Is there any way to migrate from ext3 to lvm partition type without loss
data ?

I know that after create a LV, is necessary format the fs. So if you
have any idea just let me know please.

There was a program called convertfs to do similar conversions using
sparse files:

I have no idea how well it works, if at all. And I'm also not sure that
a LVM PV has something similar to sparse files.

Hi. Firstly, before you do ANYTHING with your data, make sure you first BACK IT UP!!!

After that, you can have a look at some tutorial, erm, let's pick a random one: http://www.debian-administration.org/article/How_To_Migrate_to_a_full_encrypted_LVM_system
(oh, its written by me! :-) )
