I use Debian 5.0 & KDE 3.5.9. When I put my cursor in location bar and hit 
ctrl-a, it selects all the text in the location bar.  When I put my cursor in 
the location bar and select all on the menu, it selects all the text on the 
web page.  I think this is correct behavior.
