Yes, I second that.
Try with the following command (duration is in seconds):
~$> arecord -D plug:hw:1 --duration=60 audio_sample.wav
It will record from the device specified by "-D". You can list (to see
which device number to use) your devices using:
~$ arecord -l
--
Please reply to this list only. I read this list on its corresponding
newsgroup on gmane.org. Replies sent to my email address are just
filtered to a folder in my mailbox and get periodically deleted without
ever having been read.
