Any programming editor/ide with "intelisense" for c++ and fortran around?

I'm trying to find if there is a proper programming editor with "intelisense"
like behavior (the only thing I miss about visual studio) that supports both
fortran and c++, or at least c++.

I mostly use emacs and this is the main feature I miss. I saw some talk around
about such support for emacs but couldn't find any documentation on how to get
it to work properly. tags don't seem to support c++ too well.

The only limit is that I don't use kde and I prefer not to fire up the whole
gnome backend. qt or gtk is preferable.

It should also support complex make environments or at least makefiles as I use
a rather diverse set of tools (mpi, intel compilers, cuda (nvidia compiler),
wierd compiler options, etc) and mixed environments of c, c++, fortran, cuda
all in the same project and sometimes compile this whole mess to run on matlab.

thanks
