i'm a lenny/sid user, i upgraded kde4.1 to 4.2 just for its eye candy.. but the windows seem to be the same as in kde4.1
how do i enable the effects???
What video card you are using?
Have you installed it's driver? (if nvidia or ati)
Check your Preferences whether you had enabled it or not.
